Before Real Estate

Prior to real estate, I was a recording engineer in New York and Hollywood. But I didn’t stay there because it’s a pretty tough business to have a family. So I started selling real estate in 1991, until I got into land development and construction where I owned a couple of home-building companies and did some commercial work. Then in 2013 my wife and I chose to get back into real estate sales, and we haven’t looked back since.

Leads and Dialer In Same Place

I came to REDX through The Mike Ferry Organization. I had been using other lead generation services, but after having a few issues with them I thought, “You know what? If Mike endorses REDX, I’m gonna give it a shot.” It was a pretty cool transition, and I wish we’d made it sooner because they integrate the leads and the dialer in the same place, which made it a lot easier for me to use.

I don’t have to use any other systems because Vortex is free and does it all. If I want to call Expireds, FSBOs, Just Listed/Just Sold, preforeclosures, or absentee owners, all I gotta do is shift to a different folder, keep the dialer on, and just dial. It’s awesome. The productivity is much, much faster. I can get more contacts per hour doing it that way. And it automatically cross checks the leads against active listings and updates all the data.

No Preparation Needed

REDX makes my morning a lot more effective because I don’t have to worry about getting my numbers ready. I just open it up and, boom, the numbers are there. It saved me so much time and headaches in the morning. Other than calling my center of influence, I don’t really have to prepare, everything’s ready for me in the morning.
